Grammar Blast Challenge
Editor Jen (do you like the honorific?) found a pretty cool site called Grammar Blast. It contains grammar quizzes for grades 2-5. I challenge each of you to take the Super Challenge Quiz for each grade level, and post your scores here as a comment. I will be taking the challenges as well.

If you cannot finish your articles by the deadline, please let me know so I can reassign them; this will not affect your standing in any way. Your safety is the most important thing, so please do what you need to do to keep you and your family safe.

I wanted to give a warm welcome to all of the writers who have been accepted to the writing team. Please review the Style Guide frequently, as I will update it to address specific issues as they reveal themselves.
I’ve begun a new round of test assignments for writers who didn’t make it into the first group. Welcome to all of you, as well.

All assignments - writing and editing - are due no later than Monday, July 28, 2008 at 5:00 pm EDT. If articles are not turned in by this time, you will not be paid for them because they will be reassigned.
If you are suspect that you are having trouble receiving email messages from me, particularly if you have a comcast.net email address, please contact me with an alternate email address that can be used to contact you. I can forward wayward assignments to your alternate email address.
